The Gresham-Barlow School Board is leading a Strategic Planning Process to revitalize the district's current Strategic Plan.

The 2010-2011 planning process included an extensive community engagement process:

• Nine focus groups with Students, Staff, Parents, and Community Leaders
• A three-hour "Community Forum on the Future of Our Schools" that brought together more than 250 constituents
• An online survey that collected responses from more than 1700 people

The feedback collected through the focus groups, community forum, and online survey was shared with the board of directors at an April 21 work session and at the June 2 regular board meeting.
